Questo è un progetto sulla tipografia parametrica che ha come obiettivo un carattere parametrico in cui devi solo dare valori a variabili indipendenti per raggiungere ciò che desideri. Grazie a numerose relazioni matematiche con delta e fattori che collegano tutte le variabili tipografiche, è possibile ottenere un carattere tipografico sempre ottico corretto, dall'estrema luce al grassetto. Puoi scegliere le curve quadrate, espansione, altezza x, contrasto e peso. Io e il mio team abbiamo impiegato RoboFont per scrivere la sceneggiatura. Questo è un progetto di 25 persone all'ISIA Urbino, dove tutti avevano dei glifi su cui lavorare. Ho lavorato sulla punteggiatura con Angela Rossi e Fabio Perillo, ma tutti e 25 abbiamo progettato l'intero carattere.

This is a project about parametric typography which has as a goal a parametric typeface where you only have to give values to independent variables to reach what you want. Thanks of several mathematics relations with delta and factors which link all typographic variables, you can achieve a typeface which is always optical correct, from the extreme light to the bold one. You can choose the curves square, expansion, x-height, contrast and weight. My team and I employed RoboFont to write the script. This is a project of 25 people at ISIA Urbino, where everyone had some glyphs to work on. I worked about punctuation with Angela Rossi and Fabio Perillo, but we all 25 designed the entire font.
